When TAP Production was approached by their client - IKEA, to design their new external signage they had every confidence in Outdoor Elements to execute this project on their behalf.

OE was immediately employed to design, build and maintain the large outdoor backlit signage on the new Richmond super-store. This involved the design of a tensioning system for the 7 banner sites. Following the design OE staff fabricated the sign systems for each and installed them, along with the banners on each of the sites.

In addition to the sign framing OE also fabricated and installed the lighting system for each of the signs. This entire project required close coordination with the main contractor - Probuild, façade installers, site electricians, IKEA management and the unions.

During the construction of the large outdoor light boxes OE was also employed to fabricate sign fixings for the internal signage and the installation of all of the internal hanging banners.

OE maintained work schedule commitments throughout this project ensuring that all components were complete prior to the grand opening.
